I retain all copyright over my work, which means I can display the commissioned work and its WIP in my portfolio, website and social media.

I am allowed to create, sell prints/merchandise of the commissioned work.

I reserve the right to turn down/not take a commission for any reason.

Putting my work into any AI engine is strictly prohibited.

All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only.

The client is welcome to use the art for their personal social media and other online activities (with credit).

The client may print and display the artwork in their home for their own personal enjoyment.

The client is not allowed to alter, modify or claim my work as their own.

Once your commission form is submitted, I will review your request and get back to you with a final price. I will be in contact with you via email & Twitter/X/Bluesky DMs.

My process is sketch → line art → flat colours → final render.

After confirming the concept of the commission with you, I will send you the first sketch update within 3 weeks.

Turn around time will be around 1 - 3 months depending on the complexity of commissions taken. I will be in communication with you should there be any changes or delays.

Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. (7 days completion time).

Once the artwork is completed, I will email the high-resolution files to you via a google drive folder.

No physical product will be delivered.

You are allowed 3 reasonable revisions during the sketching stage.

Minor adjustments are fine, but please make sure you are happy with the sketch and be clear and concise with your feedback.

Any major changes (like changing the pose, angles, clothes) during and past the rendering stage will incur additional fees.

For a smooth process with less revisions, please provide as many references as you can. Stick figure drawings are very much welcomed and encouraged!

I only accept USD via Paypal and Wise. You are responsible for making currency conversions.

The prices listed on the commission form are general estimates. The final price for your commission may vary based on the complexity of your brief.

Payment upfront only. An Invoice will be sent by me after we agree on the details.

I will start working after receiving 100% of the payment.

If you cancel before work starts, you are eligible for a refund, minus transaction fees. Payment is non-refundable for commissions that have started or completed.

In the rare event that I have to cancel a commission; a refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.
